O: Gado gado is Betawi's food that mean Mix and Max on betawi
W: Gado consist of many vegetable  like patato, cabage, peanut beans, spinach, carrot, beansprout,so much other tht egg, tofu, tempet,then the vegetables are coated on our special Sauce that made from peanut
F: What is tempe?
W: Tempe is fermented soybean. Then covered by banana leave. After its done the tempe is fried.
F: wow, I don't know what to order now, I'll leave it to you rim
O: okay, I will go with Rujak Cingur then
F: What is Rujak Cingur?
W: Miss, Rujak Cingur is some kind of salad that contains so much vegetables, then the vegetables are coated on our special Sauce that made from peanut and some spices. Then Cingur was added there to enchance the flavour
F: What is Cingur?
O: Cingur mean "mouth"
F: What? Mouth?
W: Dont get it worng miss, Cingur is a special ingredients on Rujak Cingur, like what this mister said, Cingur mean mouth, we use Cow's mouth's part meat for cingur
F: ew, is that really edible?
O: It's edible, and it's tasty, maybe if you didn't ask first, you will say "what is this, it taste so good"
W: Yes it is, because it is a key ingredients it must have an uniqueness, we guarantee its taste and higinies

F: What drink is only available in Indonesia?
O: well, I'm not sure myself, but if compared to your homeland Young Coconut Ice will be good
F: Wow, it's hard for coconut to grow on my homeland, guess I'll go with that

W: It's called Kerupuk, it will give you an additon of taste, good when eaten with the sauce

W: Oh my, if you worry about the higenie, the utensils always washed and cleaned after a single use, so you won't get any used spoon
